ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS (READ STRICTLY)

1. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2. We accept payment via POSB/UOB Internet Banking and POSB/UOB ATM Transfer. This has to be done within 48 hours upon receiving confirmed payment details. Orders will be cancelled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. Kindly notify TheSpecialBox , should you need more time in making payment.
3. For ATM transfers, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transferred. Please scan/take a picture of your receipt and attach it to the e-mail when informing us of your payment details. We will not be able to verify your payment without a receipt.
4. Kindly note that Interbank Transfers will take 3 working days to be credited in our accounts. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.

DELIVERY TERMS (READ STRICTLY)

1. All local delivery are handled by Singapore Post Office via local normal or registered mail.

2. Local normal postage takes 2 – 4 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to deliver after it has been shipped out. The Special Box will not be liable for any parcels lost under the choice of using normal postage, after the parcel has been posted out. Hence, we strongly encourage to opt for Registered postage to ensure that parcels will be delivered to you safely.

3. We shipped locally in Singapore and Worldwide according to Singapore Post Office or selected courier services option fees.
4. The cost of Normal Postage is payable by us. Therefore, it is free-of-charge (FOC).
5. The cost of Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs and is calculated per parcel payable by consumer. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.
